Terms of use
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble online in the place where you live. One account is allowed per person, household, email address, payment method, IP address and device; duplicate or linked accounts may be closed and any winnings made on them withheld. Your account is personal to you, it cannot be sold, shared or transferred to anyone else, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. 2. Your account and verification. You agree to give accurate, current details and to keep them up to date. Before your first withdrawal we carry out identity checks (KYC), which may require a government-issued ID, a proof of address and proof that you own the payment method you used. We may suspend an account while verification is pending, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks or any breach of these terms, until the matter is resolved.
3. Bonuses and promotions. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, the standard welcome bonus carries 35x wagering, and the maximum bet is A$7.50 while any bonus is active. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, some offers cap the amount you can win from them, and bonuses expire if they are not cleared within the stated time. Using prohibited strategies to clear a bonus, such as low-risk, equal or hedge betting, can lead to forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. We verify that the wagering and bet-size conditions have been met before any related withdrawal is approved.
4. Deposits and withdrawals. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum limits, processing times and verification requirements apply and are shown at the cashier before you confirm a transaction. We may ask for source-of-funds information where we need it to meet our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, and accounts left dormant for an extended period may be reviewed and handled in line with our policy. All transactions are subject to our standard security and fraud checks before they are processed.
5. Fair play, liability and responsible gambling. Our games run on independently tested random number generators, and our live tables use audited equipment on a monitored studio floor.
