Is VegasNow legit? Check the evidence yourself

Asking whether a casino is legit really means asking several things at once: who runs it, who licenses it, which rules it publishes and whether the site in front of you is the genuine one. Our operator is Just Entertainment B.V., trading under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and each claim below points to a document you can open before you deposit a cent.

Is VegasNow legit? The record in one table

"Legit" is not a single yes-or-no question. It splits into a licence you can verify, a company you can name, rules you can read in advance and a web address you can confirm. We have gathered the published facts for each one here, so you can tick them off in order and stop the moment one does not add up.

Each row is covered below, followed by a worked example, common mistakes and a checklist short enough to run on your phone.

The company and the licence behind VegasNow

Two details anchor everything else on this page: the licence holder and the licence number. The Curaçao Gaming Authority issued OGL/2024/164/0246 to Just Entertainment B.V., whose Curaçao company number is 160603. The grant date is 13 August 2024, the same year VegasNow opened its doors, and the record showed the status as Active when we last looked.

Why do those two lines carry so much weight? Because the regulator controls them and we do not. A page imitating our site can lift our logo and the wording of our offers, yet it has no way to change what the certificate prints against that number. Where a casino page and the regulator's record disagree, side with the record. Our licensing page reads the certificate field by field.

The sportsbook shares that licence. Our sports markets, live in-play betting, virtual sports and esports all sit under the one number with the casino, so a single company, a single set of account rules and a single set of player-protection tools apply whichever part of the lobby you are in.

Checking the VegasNow licence on the CGA register

You need no account for this, and it takes a couple of minutes.

Go to the record directly

Open cert.cga.cw and the token 246 entry, either by typing the address or through the link in our table. A badge image proves nothing on its own: anyone can paste a seal onto a page, but only the regulator can edit what sits behind it.

Compare the number exactly

The certificate should read OGL/2024/164/0246, slashes included. A number that differs by one digit belongs to a different licence, or to nobody.

Compare the holder

Look for Just Entertainment B.V. alongside company number 160603. Imitation sites find this line the hardest to fake, because passing it would mean naming a company that genuinely holds the licence.

Confirm status and domain

Status should say Active and vegasnow.com should appear among the approved domains. Then return to the page that sent you and make sure it quotes the same company and number. If it does not, the page is not ours.

What a licence proves, and what it leaves to the terms

It names a holder

A regulator has licensed Just Entertainment B.V. and recorded the domains it covers. That is the company answerable for vegasnow.com.

It fixes the rulebook

Our general terms, bonus terms and Sportsbook Rules are the documents that company publishes, and they are what you can hold us to.

It does not turn bonus funds into cash

Licence or no licence, bonus money stays under 40× wagering, a ceiling of A$8 per bet and a A$5,000 limit on what each offer can pay out.

It does not skip checks or promise wins

Verification still comes before withdrawals, and nothing about a licence changes how a game pays.

For Australians there is one more distinction. Ours is a Curaçao licence; no Australian regulator issued it. That is why BetStop, which applies to wagering providers licensed here, does not reach a VegasNow account, and why our terms leave each player to confirm they may open an account from their own location.

Verification and own-name payments at VegasNow

Signing up asks for the basics: name, country, currency and date of birth. Identity checks, often called KYC, happen later and separately, typically when you first ask to withdraw. If we ask at that point for photo ID, a proof of address or a picture of your card, we are following the process our terms describe. The request says nothing bad about your account.

The general terms (v2.3, 20 January 2024) contain three rules worth knowing before money moves:

  • The method must be yours. Any card or wallet you use has to belong to the person who owns the account. A partner's card or a parent's e-wallet breaks the rule even with their blessing, and the mismatch tends to show up at verification.
  • Deposits are played through three times. Each deposit needs three times its value in stakes before money linked to it can be cashed out. Ask for a withdrawal sooner and it may be declined, or a processing fee may be deducted.
  • A single account per person. Nobody may hold more than one account unless we specifically instruct otherwise.

These rules protect the account owner as much as they protect us. Where it can, a withdrawal travels back along the route the deposit came in on, so funds only ever head towards you, and the play-through rule stops an account being used to shift money rather than to play. Our registration guide lists the documents to keep handy.

VegasNow deposit and withdrawal limits in Australian dollars

A casino that intends to pay publishes its limits before you deposit. Ours sit in the AU payment tables, and the ranges below are taken straight from them.

MethodPaying inCashing out
Visa / MastercardA$30 minimum, A$10,000 maximumNot listed for withdrawals
CashtocodeA$25 minimum, A$400 maximumNot listed for withdrawals
MiFinityA$30 minimum, A$4,000 maximumSame range: A$30 minimum, A$4,000 maximum
Inpay, PayAnyBank, bank wireNot listed for depositsA$300 minimum, A$6,000 maximum
BitcoinMinimum 0.0001 BTC, no cap shownMinimum 0.0002 BTC, maximum 0.12 BTC
Tether (USDT)Minimum 5 USDT, no cap shownMinimum 20 USDT, maximum 4,000 USDT
PayID, POLi, NeosurfNot availableNot available

Every row in those tables shows the words "Free" and "Instant". They describe the default setup of each method; they are not a stopwatch on your transaction. We cover our own side of a deposit, but a payment provider may add charges, and on withdrawals any provider fee is paid by the customer. We quote no payout time on this page, and a site that quotes one on our behalf deserves suspicion.

Cash-outs start in My Account once your verification is through. Beyond the method ranges, the account also has daily, weekly and monthly caps, and a large withdrawal may be paid in instalments. Our payments and withdrawals pages go through every method and coin.

VegasNow bonus terms you can read before you claim

The welcome package reaches A$8,000 in bonus funds with 500 spins on top, and it is spread across your first four deposits rather than loaded onto one. Each stage stands as its own offer:

StageCode to enterBonusSpins
First depositNo code150% match, capped at A$1,500200
Second depositVEGAS2100% match, capped at A$2,00050
Third depositVEGAS350% match, capped at A$2,00050
Fourth depositVEGAS425% match, capped at A$2,500200

The headline matters less than the conditions printed beside it. These come from the bonus terms dated 26 February 2024:

  • A$20 is the smallest qualifying deposit for each offer, but your payment method may set a higher floor: card and MiFinity both start at A$30.
  • Wagering is 40× the bonus, and free-spin winnings carry the same 40×.
  • Before the spins arrive, the deposit itself has to be staked once.
  • Each offer gives you 7 days to complete wagering.
  • No single bet above A$8 until the wagering is finished.
  • Each offer can pay out at most A$5,000, and wins from welcome spins are limited to A$300.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time, and bonus funds are for casino and live casino games, not the sportsbook.

Games do not all count the same towards wagering. A pokie spin counts in full (a few titles are excepted), a roulette bet counts for a quarter, blackjack and game-show bets count for a tenth, and baccarat counts for nothing. You are free to turn any bonus down. Our welcome bonus page works through every stage.

The same general terms sit behind our weekly offers, such as Lucky 7s Load Up on Tuesdays (77% up to A$77) and Friday Night Spotlight (40 free spins on the week's featured game for each qualifying Friday deposit). A genuine offer can always be traced back to our own promotions page.

A worked VegasNow example: from deposit to withdrawal

Terms are easier to judge with numbers attached. Here is one path through the published rules, using the figures above.

  1. Deposit. Say your first deposit is A$100 by Visa. That is above the A$20 qualifying amount and above the card floor of A$30, so it counts.
  2. Bonus. A 150% match on A$100 adds A$150 in bonus funds, together with 200 free spins.
  3. Wagering target. 40 × A$150 = A$6,000, all of which has to be wagered inside the 7-day window.
  4. Stake ceiling. With bets capped at A$8, that takes at least 750 bets (A$6,000 ÷ A$8). Drop to A$2 a spin and the count becomes 3,000.
  5. Game choice. Pokies count in full, so A$6,000 of pokie stakes clears A$6,000. Roulette counts a quarter, which means A$24,000 of stakes for the same target; blackjack counts a tenth, which means A$60,000.
  6. Free spins. Your A$100 is staked once before the spins are credited. Their winnings are limited to A$300, and a full A$300 would then need 40 × A$300 = A$12,000 of wagering.
  7. Account play-through. Separately from the bonus, the account rules ask for the A$100 deposit to be staked three times, A$300 in total, before linked funds are cashed out.
  8. Cashing out. The A$5,000 limit per offer applies first. A A$5,000 cash-out is above the A$4,000 MiFinity ceiling, so by MiFinity it takes more than one request, while the bank options accept anything from A$300 to A$6,000.

None of this predicts a result. The arithmetic shows how much play a bonus asks of you, not what you will win, and seven days can pass before the wagering is done. If the stake figures look larger than you want to risk, skip the bonus.

Responsible gambling tools in your VegasNow account

You need to be at least 18 to open an account. Once you are in, deposit limits and self-exclusion are both available from your account, and support can switch either on if you ask. Set them before a session starts rather than in the middle of one.

Two details catch people out. Crypto deposits are the exception to deposit limits: section 8.4 of the general terms says a limit cannot be applied to them, so if you pay in coins, ask support what else can restrict the account. And BetStop is a national register that only binds wagering providers licensed in Australia. Signing up to it leaves a VegasNow account open, so apply our own self-exclusion too.

When play starts costing more than money, or you are worried about a family member, ring Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. The line is free, confidential and open around the clock. Limits, breaks and self-exclusion are set out one by one on our responsible gambling page. Be wary of any casino that hides these controls, or that dangles an offer in front of you while you are reducing your limit.

How to recognise the official VegasNow site

Some pages borrow our name, our four-stage offer or screenshots of our lobby, then route visitors to a different casino at the click of a button. We do not run those pages and do not honour what they print. These are the giveaways.

What you seeWhat it means
A "Play now" button lands you on a casino with another name or logoThat is a redirect. Every VegasNow button takes you to our own sign-up and log-in pages on vegasnow.com.
A welcome offer that is not our four-deposit package of A$8,000 and 500 spinsIt belongs to another casino. One giant first-deposit match or a different spin count describes someone else.
A code for the first deposit, or a "secret" code for a bigger matchOur first stage needs no code at all. VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 are the only welcome codes we use.
A licence number that is missing or wrong, or a licensee who is not Just Entertainment B.V.The page is either someone else's or misquoting our licence. Go to the certificate and compare.
Contact details that are not support@vegasnow.comThose are not our customer care team.
A no-deposit code labelled VegasNowThere is no VegasNow no-deposit offer in our promotions, and code lists on other sites have not come from us.
An APK file or an app-store listingNo verified store app exists. On phones VegasNow is a browser-based site you can pin to your Home Screen.
PayID, POLi or Neosurf in the deposit optionsOur AU cashier does not offer any of them.

If you notice part-way through that you have been redirected, stop before paying anything. Shut the tab, key vegasnow.com into the address bar yourself and start again from our home page. Money already sent to another brand stays with that brand. Our support team has no view of the payment, so the claim has to go to them.

Mistakes that make a genuine VegasNow account look like trouble

Most "won't pay" complaints trace back to a published rule the player had not read. Each of these is avoidable.

  • Depositing with someone else's card. It breaks the own-name rule and usually comes to light at the first withdrawal, where it feels like a refusal to pay.
  • Forgetting the play-through. Asking to withdraw before a deposit has been staked three times can mean a declined request or a processing fee.
  • Raising the stake above A$8 mid-wagering. The bet ceiling lasts for as long as wagering is in progress, and going over it breaches the bonus terms.
  • Chasing wagering at the baccarat table. Baccarat counts for nothing, so those stakes leave a 40× target untouched.
  • Expecting a limit on crypto deposits. Section 8.4 leaves coin deposits outside deposit limits.
  • Reading "Instant" as a promise. It is a label on the payment table, not a timed commitment.
  • Trusting a code from a list site. If you cannot find a code anywhere on vegasnow.com, it is not ours.

Raising a problem with VegasNow

A legitimate operator gives you a route for complaints and names the company you are complaining to. Ours starts with customer support: contact us through live chat or support@vegasnow.com, and keep the case reference we give you. Our terms send complaints to an internal review first. That is a process, not a promise about the outcome or how quickly a reply arrives.

If you later put a formal complaint in writing, use the names exactly as the record shows them: Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603, licence OGL/2024/164/0246, with the date of the document you are relying on. Before going to any outside body, check its own scope and eligibility rules. The support page shows how to set out dates, references and the result you want.

A five-minute VegasNow check before you deposit

  1. Licence. The token 246 page lists Just Entertainment B.V. against number OGL/2024/164/0246, reads Active and includes vegasnow.com.
  2. Address. The address bar says vegasnow.com when you sign up or log in.
  3. Offer. Four deposit stages worth up to A$8,000 with 500 spins, codes VEGAS2 to VEGAS4, 40× wagering, 7 days, bets no higher than A$8.
  4. Money rules. A method in your own name, the deposit staked three times, verification before the first withdrawal.
  5. Limits. Card deposits from A$30 up to A$10,000, bank cash-outs from A$300 up to A$6,000, MiFinity from A$30 up to A$4,000 each way.
  6. Way out. A deposit limit or self-exclusion you can set from the account, plus Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858.

If any line fails, hold off on depositing and email support@vegasnow.com first. Every item on the list can be checked against a published document, which is the standard we ask you to apply to us and to any page that uses our name.

Is VegasNow legit: questions and answers

Is VegasNow licensed?

Yes. Our operator, Just Entertainment B.V., was licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 13 August 2024, and the number is OGL/2024/164/0246. The regulator's validator page, token 246, shows the holder, status and approved domain.

Why was I asked for ID before my first withdrawal?

Our terms keep verification apart from sign-up, and it can be requested at any later stage. The first cash-out is when most people meet it. Being asked is routine and does not suggest anything is wrong.

Can I deposit with my partner's card?

No. The card or wallet has to belong to the account holder, and withdrawals go back the way the deposit came in wherever possible. Use something in your own name from the very first deposit.

Does VegasNow have a no-deposit bonus?

We do not run one. Our welcome spins are tied to deposits, and any no-deposit code you see on another site was not issued by us.

Can I download VegasNow from the App Store or Google Play?

No verified store app exists. VegasNow works in your phone's browser, and Safari's Share menu or Chrome's menu can pin it to your Home Screen with its own icon. Do not install APK files offered under our name.

I clicked a VegasNow link and landed on another casino. What should I do?

Do not deposit there. Type vegasnow.com yourself and log in or sign up from our own pages. If you have already paid the other brand, the transaction sits with them, so raise it with their support.

Does BetStop cover VegasNow?

No. BetStop deals with wagering providers holding Australian licences, and ours is from Curaçao. To stop playing here, set self-exclusion from your account or ask our team to apply it.

Why are deposits labelled “Instant” if no time is promised?

“Free” and “Instant” are the wording printed on our payment tables. They show how a method is normally configured, not a commitment about your particular payment, and a provider's own charges or checks may still apply.
