Your privacy
What we collect. To open and run your account, VegasNow collects a few categories of personal information. The first is identity and contact detail — your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and residential address — which we need to know who you are and how to reach you. The second is verification documents: a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and sometimes proof that you own the payment method you are using. The third is financial and transaction records, meaning your deposits, withdrawals, gameplay and bonus history. Finally, we collect technical data automatically when you visit — your device and browser type, your IP address and cookie identifiers — which we rely on mainly for security and fraud prevention.
Why we use it. Each piece of information has a purpose. We use your details to create and operate your account, to process your deposits and withdrawals, and to deliver the games, bonuses and promotions you have asked for. We use your identity documents to verify who you are and to confirm that you are 18 or over, and to meet the anti-money-laundering and licensing obligations that apply to a licensed operator. Transaction and technical data help us detect, investigate and prevent fraud and account abuse, which protects you as much as it protects us. We will only ever use your information for direct marketing if you have actively opted in, and you can withdraw that consent whenever you like, without affecting your ability to keep playing.
Cookies and tracking. Like most websites, VegasNow uses cookies — small files stored by your browser. Some are strictly necessary: they let you log in, hold your session together and keep the site secure, and the site cannot work properly without them. Others are optional analytics cookies that help us understand, in aggregate, how people move around the site so we can improve it. You remain in control of the optional ones at all times. You can manage, block or clear cookies through your browser settings whenever you choose, and declining the optional analytics cookies will not stop you from using any of the core features of the casino.
Sharing, security and how long we keep it. We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We share it only where there is a genuine reason to: with the service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, identity-verification and fraud-prevention partners, game suppliers and hosting providers — and with regulators, auditors or law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to do so. Those providers are bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose we engage them for. While your information travels to us it is protected with SSL encryption, and once it reaches us, access is restricted on a need-to-know basis to the staff whose roles require it. We keep your data for as long as your account stays active, and for the additional period the law and our licence require after it closes, before it is securely deleted.
Your rights and contacting us. You have meaningful rights over the information we hold about you. You can ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask us to delete it. You can also object to or restrict certain uses, and request a portable copy of the data you have given us. These rights are subject to one practical limit: where the law or our licence requires us to keep certain records — transaction histories for anti-money-laundering purposes, for example — we must retain those even if you ask us to delete them. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about your privacy, contact us through our
support page. VegasNow is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
